Associate Inside Sales Specialist

Your areas of responsibility :

• Receive customer orders and register them in the internal system
• Handle incoming customer calls (inside sales support)
• Support the preparation of quotations and contracts
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Assist in sales data reporting and customer master data management
• Key projects management
• Manage inventory levels and monitor stock status
• Provide administrative support for sales activities
• Support for Sales Support Administration tasks

Qualifications we are looking for :

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience
• Bright and positive attitude
• Proficient in MS Office, English proficiency preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
