JOB SUMMARY

Provide research and analysis support of commercial real estate markets. The role will encompass certain regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the teams production and delivery of research material.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

l Responsible for writing regular quarterly reports and other written outputs with direction from research manager.

l Prepares and produces project/client presentations and reports. Refines drafts and other initial work product to prepare final materials for distribution and production.

l Reviews and evaluates data results collected by themselves and others within the research team to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness of research data and analysis.

l Analyzes market trends and incorporate findings into presentations, reports and white papers.

l Regular maintenance and updates to property databases.

l May be asked to present on the commercial real estate markets performance and outlook to internal and external clients.

l Generates ideas for and produces relevant thought leadership outputs. May participate in or lead special research projects in support of business initiatives.

l In conjunction with Research Manager, evaluates tools and resources such as third party information and data providers.

l Take part in and follow up on regional projects and calls as a sector specialist

l Other duties may be assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

l Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university, preferred in real estate.

l Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

l Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English

l Willing to take part in industry networking (often need to acquire specific data/market trend through clients/colleagues, etc.)

l Be voluntarily updated with news or industry information and share these with the team and related parties in a timely manner as needed
