Qnity Advanced Circuit and Packaging Business is looking for an **Account Manager - PCB.** As an Account Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive the growth and share market and industry intelligence with customers and counter partners. The ideal candidate will possess both account management and a technical background that enable to achieve sales goals and business objectives. **Responsibilities** + Achieve sales goals and business objectives for assigned accounts + Develop business & technical knowledge of assigned products and targeted applications to be a subject-matter expert + Understand and proactively analyze overall market trend, customer's products & services and competitor moves + Share business and industry intelligence with counterparts (marketing, product management, research and development, tech service etc.) to prepare &promote increased value products + Explore and resolve customer issues timely to result in new business opportunities and revenue growth + Produce appropriate sales forecasts and capitalize on/compensate for market changes + Use Sales force tools readily and develop responsible account plans including business pipelines with appropriate stakeholders **Qualifications** + 8+ years of experience in printed circuit board industry or metallization/plating chemistry + Good in English /Korean and Good presentation skills + Willingness and ability to travel. (up to local 50% of time and abroad (mostly in Asia) 10 % of time) **Preferred Qualifications** + BS degree in Chemistry/Chemical engineering/Material science + Experience in photoresist dry film process Join our Talent Community ( to stay connected with us!
